 FAQ for R1 VOD PLAYER
After cable or wireless network had been linked, the Setting menu still indicates "No Network".
Programme List not shown, TV only display buffering circle.
Buffering occurs frequently when the movie is searched and the buffering duration is long.
Player hangs at start up page after power up.
During Programme List updating, power disruption occurred causing component (YPbPr) or HDMI black screen.
AV input is connected but there is no image or sound display.                      
Picture pause suddenly during playback, remote control had no response other then the POWER button.
Component (YPbPr) cable / HDMI cable is connected but there is no sound and/or image on the TV.
After selecting, the movie is not able to play after buffering.
Unable to play movies, keep returning to menu/movie list.
Buffering occurs frequently during playback and the buffering process is lengthy (more than 2 minutes).
Search for movie name failure.
